STONEBANK, a Grade 2 listed building, previously Bank Farm, dates from the early 1600s. Situated in the village of Chickerell, it is set back from the road in the centre of pleasant gardens, three miles west of Weymouth and one mile from the Dorset coastal path which skirts the Fleet, the narrow lagoon, between Chesil Beach and the mainland. The Annexe provides comfortable accommodation for up to four people. The Annexe offers an entrance hall with stairs to the main rooms and telephone for outgoing calls only; a lounge/ dining room with electric fire, colour T.V/Video recorder and stereo Hi-Fi; a kitchen with electric cooker, refrigerator and microwave. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin; a shower room with W.C. and washbasin and shaver point. All power, gas central heating and linen/towels are provided without charge. An automatic washing machine and tumble drier available on request. One small pet is welcome by arrangement. This is a "no smoking" house.

"Southview" is set in a quiet village in the beautiful and tranquil surroundings of the Blackmore Vale, and is conveniently situated to explore the West Country, especially the lovely unspoilt county of Dorset.The bungalow provides comfortable accommodation for four people. The bungalow offers a lounge/dining room with an electric fire, colour television and telephone; a galley kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, automatic washing machine and tumble drier. There are two bedrooms one double and one twin; and a bathroom with WC, shower and washbasin. All power, central heating and linen/towels are provided without charge. A conservatory leads out to a large fenced garden and garden furniture is available. There is a garage and ample parking space. One small pet is welcome by arrangement. This is a no smoking house.
Local Area InformationChickerell village has a general store, Post Office, newsagent, hairdresser, library, doctor's surgery, chemist and three churches. All of these are within a few minutes walk of the Annexe, together with a pub & hotel/restaurant, both offering good food. There are many supermarkets in the area and numerous places to eat out.
The Historic town of Dorchester
Weymouth, with it's safe sandy beach, bustling harbour and shopping area, is only three miles to the east and can be reached by regular buses from Chickerell, if you want to leave your car. The historic county town of Dorchester is 8 miles north and the attractive village of Abbotsbury with its famous Swannery and Sub-tropical gardens, 6 miles to the west. There is so much to do in the area from visiting Stately homes, museums and gardens to activities such as, golf, horse riding, bird watching, indoor/outdoor bowls, tennis, tenpin bowling and all manner of sea and beach activities.
