Devon - Hope Cottage is a quaint and cosy cottage that retains many quintessentially English country cottage features such as low ceilings and exposed beams, fireplace with log burner and feature bread oven.
This is perfectly complemented with modern luxuries such as a dishwasher, DVD player and sky connection for your box, to provide a perfect holiday cottage.
The cottage has three bedrooms, a cosy lounge well equipped kitchen, separate utility, downstairs bathroom with bath & shower and bright conservatory for both dining and relaxing. A courtyard garden then leads up a path to a large and secluded garden with patio.
The garden makes a perfect place to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Devon countryside. There is a BBQ and for the more active a 12 foot trampoline as well as a small slide for younger guests.
The village of Yarnscombe is ideally situated in the heart of North Devon making it a perfect base from which to explore the coast, towns and many attractions of North Devon.
Its central positioning means you are within an hour’s reach of Exmoor, Dartmoor, and the entire north Devon coast, ensuring you can enjoy a very busy and varied holiday. However, be aware that the peacefulness of Hope Cottage and its surrounding countryside can tempt you into being very busy doing nothing!
Hope Cottage is a family home and we welcome visitors of all ages and hope that if you have a well behaved dog that you will bring them too. Dogs love the open countryside and extensive network of footpaths that cross the village. Children will enjoy the garden, village play park and playing field 100 meters from Hope cottage.

Conservatory with dining table and settee and comfortable chairs making it suitable for dining and relaxing. There is also a second tv and freeview receiver as well as a CD/radio.
Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge and separate Utility room with dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave.
Bathroom with electric shower and bath.
Bedroom 1 and 2 have double beds while bedroom 3 has bunk beds.
