Private parking and pets are welcome upon arrangement. Idyllic location for walking, cycling, bird watching, fishing and golfing.
Nearest village shop and pub 1 mile away. Brampton approx 4 miles away. Carlisle approx 8 miles.
Curdiff Cottage comfortably sleeps 3 adults. The property consists of 1 double room, 1 single, a kitchen diner, bathroom and a living room that is located in the upper living area of the cottage.
This property has a private garden with a patio area that over looks the RSPB Geltsdale Nature Reserve, offering stunning views! Curdiff Cottage also offers private parking and pets are welcome upon arrangement.
Curdiff Cottage has full oil fired central heating and is double glazed making it perfect for autumn/winter holidays. Pets are allowed free of charge by prior discussion with the owners.
My parents live in the property next to Curdiff Cottage and have one small dog, 2 cats, horses, sheep and chickens. So it is asked that all visiting pets are kept on the lead whilst leaving the small holding but are welcome to run free in the privately enclosed garden.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, bedside lamp and radio clock radio.
Bedroom 2 with single bed, shelving, drawers and bed side table.
Both with views overlooking Geltsdale Nature Reserve.
Bathroom:
First floor bathroom with bath, over bath shower and screen, wash hand basin and WC.
Kitchen:
A combined kitchen / diner. Fully fitted kitchen. Electric built-in oven, electric hob with extractor. Washing machine, fridge with an ice box, microwave. Full range of cutlery, china, kitchen utensils. 4 seater dining table and chairs.
Living area:
The living room is situated in the upstairs of the property with sky lights adding to the ambience of the room. TV, Free view, sofa, 2 chairs, bookcase, display cabinet, fish tank, supplementary lighting.
Linen / Towels:
Towels and bed linen supplied. Curdiff Cottage is thoroughly cleaned before arrival to a high standard and all guests are asked to leave the property clean and tidy.
Accessibility:
Due to the positioning of the front room, I do not feel that Curdiff Cottage would be suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties. Although please feel free to contact me for further details / pictures so you are able to decide for yourself.
Outside:
Front drive parking for 2 cars. Outside seating and built in BBQ. large storage shed is situated within Curdiff Cottage's private garden. Storage of mountain bikes / childrens outside toys is also welcome.
Booking Information:
Deposit of £85 per main season week required. Balance to be paid 1 month before holiday commences. Deposits to be made by cheque, made payable to JWH Glaister and sent to:
